To become a Ninja you must get a Brown Belt in Card-Jitsu and then beat Sensei to get your Black Belt. Sensei is Very Good at Crad-Jitsu, so you might lose a couple times. But when you finally beat him, you will get your ninja headband and gain access to the Secret Ninja Hide-Out!

To see how far you are to getting your new belt, click the 3 Cards in the bottom left corner, you will see a page like this:
The bar shows how far you need to go towards your next belt. When your close to your next belt, (like the picture up there) Then when you win your next Card-Jitsu game, Sensei should give you your next belt!
